I did not receive my one time password by SMS
A one-time password (OTP) helps keep you and your money safe when you pay someone new, reset your Access Code or make a change to your account. So it’s important to keep your contact details up to date, even when you’re overseas.
When you request an OTP, you should receive it in a few moments. If you don’t receive it:
Check you haven’t blocked our number: 0429 811 324
Contact us to update your number or fix the problem.
Make sure you can get an OTP while you’re overseas
Check your phone and update your details before you travel:
Check if the device you’re planning to use overseas can receive SMS.
Have international roaming activated on your device (contact your provider to check eligibility and costs).
If you need to update your registered phone number to receive SMS overseas, you must speak to our contact centre before you leave.
If your phone won’t work while you’re overseas, talk to us about setting up another option.
