Who can apply for membership?

Eligibility criteria
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
  • Be a current or retired employee in the Australian health sector OR be studying or have graduated from an Australian university in healthcare including medicine, nursing and allied health professions, OR be immediate family to a Health Professionals Bank member.
What you need to apply
  • An Australian residential address.
  • Identification documents with your full name, date of birth and address, such as a birth certificate or driver’s licence or passport, AND Medicare card.
  • Tax residency information.

How do I apply?

When you join the bank as a member, we’ll open an Everyday Direct account for you.

Simply complete our online form.

Visit us in person or contact us and we’ll send you an application form.

How do I open an Everyday Direct account?

If you’re already a member you can open a new or additional Everyday Direct account using the transaction and savings account application form. Simply complete and sign the form and email it to [email protected] or mail it to Reply Paid 7501, Silverwater NSW 2128.
