Take Five is Health Professionals Bank’s recognition initiative celebrating the everyday efforts of nurses and midwives that define the amazing care you give. From quiet acts of kindness to the support you show each other on tough days, these moments matter. Through Take Five, you can recognise a colleague and give them a chance to enjoy rewards like delicious meals delivered to their door and meaningful financial support.

What is Take Five Initiative?

The Take Five Initiative highlights nurses and midwives who make a difference through thoughtful, everyday actions. By submitting a nomination, you can celebrate a colleague’s contribution and give them the chance to receive rewards — including up to three months of family dinners and $2,000 towards bills or personal treats.

The nominator with the strongest submission will also receive $1,000 deposited into a Health Professionals Bank account.

Nominations are currently closed — stay tuned for the 2026 launch in May.

How will the top ten nominations be selected?
A panel of leaders from the healthcare sector reviews all nominations to ensure a fair, impartial process. 50 nominations will be selected by the panel.
