My mobile number has changed
Help us keep you and your money as safe as possible by letting us know as soon as possible when your mobile number changes.
Your one-time password (OTP) is a six-digit security code sent to you by SMS or generated by your security token. It’s a quick, easy way of adding an extra layer of security when you pay someone new, or make an important change to your account, like re-setting your Access Code.
We send your OTP to the phone number you have registered with us. If your phone number has changed and you haven’t received your OTP, please contact us.
