How do I change my personal details?

Follow the steps below to update your Personal details in Internet Banking.

Update your details in the Mobile Banking App:

1 Log in to the Mobile Banking App

From the hamburger menu on the top left, select My details then select Contact details

Update your Phone or Email

Update your details in Internet Banking:

Log in to Internet Banking.

Select My Settings then select Update Contact Details.

Update your residential or postal address, phone numbers and email address.

 

Alternatively you can complete the Personal details change request form and email to us at [email protected].

Note regarding Allianz and Zurich policies: Please be aware that updating your residential address through our Internet Banking will not automatically update your details for any Allianz General Insurance policies or Zurich Life Insurance policies.
