How to join To become a member*, you’ll need to meet the membership eligibility criteria and also: be an Australian citizen or permanent resident 18 years or over. provide identification documents with your full name, date of birth and/or address (e.g. Drivers Licence or Passport). You’ll need to become a shareholder to join at a cost of only $10. *Important information Membership Membership is open to current or retired employees of the Australian health sector, or to family members of existing members of the Bank. It’s also open to those studying a health-related degree at a university in Australia, or to those that are members of Nurses & Midwives Health.
